You may place an order online via our website at www.bands4boxes.co.uk, by email or by post. In all cases we require payment before the goods are dispatched.
If you place an order online you will be able to pay using Paypal. If you wish to pay by cheque or bank transfer then please contact us, telling us what you wish to order, and we will provide you with a quote (and bank details, if required).
You may cancel an order at any time before it has been dispatched and we will refund any payments received in respect of that order (including postage and packing costs).
If an order has already been dispatched, under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel up to seven working days after you receive the goods. If you wish to cancel once the goods have already been dispatched, you must notify us as soon as practicable and in any case within seven working days of receiving the goods. You must return the goods to us as soon as possible. We will refund all payments received in respect of the order (including postage and packing costs).
All sizes quoted are approximate and for indication only. Rubber is a natural product and exact sizes/thicknesses of bands may vary. If you need advice as to whether a particular item will be suitable for your requirements, we encourage you to contact us before ordering. Bands are supplied in a mixture of colours.
Our standard delivery method is by Royal Mail second class post. If you would prefer that a different Royal Mail service is used, please contact us and we will provide you with a quote.
We aim to dispatch all orders within five working days of receipt (usually sooner). If, exceptionally, your order will not be dispatched within that time (for instance if we are out of stock of an item) then we will notify you.
You may return unused goods in a saleable condition within 30 days of your order. In such cases we will refund the price paid for the goods; we will, however, not refund the postage and packing costs if you are returning the goods outside the seven-day cooling-off period required by the Distance Selling Regulations (see above). Please contact us at info@bands4boxes.co.uk before returning any goods.
UK VAT at 20% is included in all our prices. Our VAT number is GB 652 8182 27, and a VAT invoice will be included with all goods shipped.
While we are happy to accept orders from outside the UK, we will need to calculate postage individually for such orders. Please contact us, telling us what you wish to order and where you would like it sent, and we will provide you with a quotation.
